Instead of trusting a back-office photo upload, each repair site is settled only when a hunter submits a proof captured within 8 meters of the work-order coordinate, after the scheduled completion slot. The verifier program checks the geofence, slot ordering, and camera sensor integrity before releasing the milestone payment.
